2018 is officially here!
MR Safety Sticker was a success, and we are continuing this program in 2018.
Please ensure to screen everyone that works in Zone 3 + 4, the includes nurses, doctors, anaesthetics, PSAs and ANYONE who comes in ZONE 3 + 4.
Please leave the completed form at the shelving or next to Symphony.
Ha + Keira will fill the MR Safety Register on the Symphony computer this year.
